Can I keep my current phone numbers and other services?
All services including 1471, call divert and call waiting are all still available.
Will I still receive a bill from my current supplier?
When you rent your lines thorough Alliance Communication Solutions Ltd you will no longer receive your usual bill. Instead there will be just one monthly bill for all your call charges, line rentals, maintenance costs etc, that you have with Alliance Communication Solutions Ltd and only one point of contact for all your enquiries.
Will I need to be available for an engineer to call at the premises?
An engineer visit will not be required when you switch your telephone lines to ACS, as any changes are made at the local exchange. When brand new lines are installed an engineer will need to visit.
Will there be any disruption to my service if I transfer to Alliance Communication Solutions Ltd?
There will be no disruption to your services when you transfer your line rentals and calls to Alliance Communication Solutions Ltd. All changes are made remotely at the exchange and there is no need for an engineer to visit.
